01 General Terms & Conditions

08 Account Closure and Suspension

You can close your own account at any time. As part of responsible gaming, a self-exclusion option is also available. When self-exclusion is activated, access to the platform will be fully restricted for the selected period.

• Any available balance may be withdrawn before account closure, provided all conditions are met.
• Balances on accounts closed due to prohibited activity may not be refunded.
• Accounts cannot be reactivated before the self-exclusion period has ended.

09 Limitation of Liability
